Zelenskyy aide: Russia can have ceasefire if it leaves occupied territories

A Ukrainian presidential adviser has criticized Russian President Vladimir Putin for declaring a temporary ceasefire.

Mykhailo Podolyak took to Twitter after Putin called on Ukraine to join Russia in observing a 36-hour ceasefire for Orthodox Christmas on Saturday.

Podolyak wrote that Russia "must leave the occupied territories -- only then will it have a 'temporary truce.'" He urged Putin to keep "hypocrisy" to himself.
