The ranch Neverland that once belonged to US pop star Michael Jackson has a new owner.
US media outlets report the property in the western state of California was sold for 22 million dollars. The buyer is reportedly a businessman who was an acquaintance of Jackson.
The pop star, who died in 2009, bought the ranch in 1988. He lived there until four years before his death.
The 11-square-kilometer property boasts a luxurious residence, private amusement park and movie theater, along with a dance studio.
The estate was first listed for 100 million dollars in 2015, but remained unsold despite several price cuts.
