Tokyo police have arrested an employee of major publisher Kodansha on suspicion of murdering his wife last August.
Police arrested South Korean national Pak Jong-hyon on Tuesday for allegedly strangling his wife to death at his home in Tokyo. The deputy editor of the comic magazine "Morning" has denied the charge.
Police say Pak claims he found his wife collapsed near his home's entrance. They say surveillance video near the scene showed no others had entered the building.
Pak launched the comic "Bessatsu Shonen Magazine," which produced a hit series, "Attack on Titan," about a battle between humans and giants.
