Domo Rice ball
Rice & Noodles
Ingredients (Makes 1)
- 150 g rice
- Bonito flakes,as needed
- Soy sauce,as needed
- 1 sliced cheese
- 1 sheet seaweed
- Umeboshi(pickled plum). as desired
- Ginger, as desired
Mix bonito flakes and soy sauce into steamed rice.
If you like, mix in finely chopped ginger and umeboshi (take out the seed and finely chop) to taste.
Cut the ingredients into the size that fits your rice ball. Ham for the mouth, cheese for the teeth, and seaweed for the eyes.
Shape the rice into a rounded rectangle.
Place the cut ingredients on to the rice ball.
