Ingredients (Pieces 3)

  • 450 g cooked rice (hot)
  • 20 g skipjack shavings
  • Soy sauce

Directions

Mix the skipjack shavings with 1 tbsp of soy sauce.

Empty the rice into a bowl to allow the steam to escape. Rub a little soy sauce between both palms and make a triangular rice ball.

Advice

Using soy sauce instead of salt when forming the rice ball enhances the overall taste of soy sauce.

Sprinkle with the seasoned skipjack shavings.
