Calorie count is per ice pop.
Excludes time needed to freeze the ice pops.
Ingredients (Makes 10 ice pops using 5 cm x 4 cm pudding molds)
- 200 g boiled sweet azuki beans (canned)
- 20 g condensed milk
- 150 g milk
Prepare 10 ice pop sticks.
Mix together all of the ingredients in a bowl.
Place the bowl in the freezer for 30-60 minutes. Take the mixture out before it hardens and mix thoroughly. Put back in the freezer.
When it starts to reharden, mix thoroughly and divide equally among the custard pudding molds. Freeze.
When the mixture is hard enough to hold an ice pop stick upright, remove the molds from the freezer, insert the sticks, and freeze.
When ready to serve, briefly immerse the molds in warm water and remove the ice pops by pulling on the sticks.
Place each mold in warm water for 1-2 seconds and twist the stick for easy removal.
