Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 1 bag shirataki (300 g)
  • 80 g chicken tenderloins
  • 1/2 piece ginger
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1/4 carrot
  • [A]

    • 1 tsp granulated soup stock
    • 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp sake
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • A pinch of pepper

Directions

Remove the tenderloins from the chicken tenderloins. Cut the chicken diagonally into sogi-giri pieces and then lengthwise into thin strips. Sprinkle with sake, salt and pepper.

Cut the ginger into thin shreds. Cut the onion into 3-4 mm slices. Remove the seeds from the green pepper and cut into thin strips. Cut the carrot into thin strips.

Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the ginger. When aromatic, add the chicken and stir-fry. Add the par-boiled shirataki and vegetables and continue to stir-fry.

Add [A], and season with salt and pepper.
