Sushi Vinegar (Sushizu)
Getting the flavor of the sushi vinegar right is key when preparing any kind of sushi. The three basic ingredients for making foolproof sushi vinegar are vinegar, sugar and salt.

Ingredients (Approx. 100 ml)
- 100 ml rice vinegar
- 100 ml sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Combine the rice vinegar, sugar and salt, and mix well until the sugar and salt are dissolved. Store in a clean food storage jar.
Will keep for about a month at room temperature.
