Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 300 ml dashi
- 1 2/3 tbsp miso
- 1/6 block kinugoshidofu (cut into 1 cm cubes)
- Wakame seaweed (cut and reconstituted), as needed
- Japanese leek (chopped), as needed
Pour the dashi into a pot and bring to a gentle boil. Add the miso and dissolve. Add the tofu and wakame as needed. Simmer until the tofu is heated. Serve in individual bowls and garnish with chopped leeks as needed.
