Soy Sauce Flavored Fried Cauliflower and Chicken Tenderloin

Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 200 g cauliflower
- 2 chicken tenderloins (120 g)
- 5 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- Sudachi citron, as neededNote
A dark green Japanese citrus fruit characterized by its zest and refreshing aroma. It is about 3 cm in diameter and weighs 30-40 g.
- Oil for deep frying
Discard the leaves and cut off the thick stem from the cauliflower. Divide into florets. Remove the tendons from the chicken and cut into three equal lengths.
Combine the [batter] ingredients in a bowl. Add cauliflower and chicken. Heat the oil to 160°C and fry both ingredients for about 3 minutes until golden brown. Cut the cauliflower into easy-to-eat pieces. Plate up the cauliflower and chicken and garnish with sudachi.
