Oven-roasted Sweet Corn

One of the classic items at summer festivals. Grilling with soy sauce gives a delicious roasted fragrance, and goes really well with the sweetness of the corn.

  • Sweet corn (with husks still on), as desired

Place the sweet corn, husks still on, in a wax paper-lined baking tray. Place in an oven preheated to 230 °C and roast for 30 min.

Advice

Peeling away a part of the husks before roasting can give the corn an appealing roasted color.
