Oven-roasted Sweet Corn
Summer is never complete without enjoying a batch of freshly picked corn! Oven-roasted corn is just as good as grilled or steamed corn, and it's so easy to prepare!

- Sweet corn (with husks), as desired
Place the corn with husks still on in a baking tray lined with wax paper. Roast in an oven preheated to 230 °C for 30 minutes.
Peel away part of the husk before roasting to char the exposed kernels.
