Natto with Okra and Squid
When you mix okura, natto or squid really well, they become even more glutinous. Serve them on top of steamed rice or cold noodles.

Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 10 okras
- 1 squid (for sashimi/thinly sliced)
- 1 package natto (chopped) (40 g)
Peel off the tough calyx (green frill) at the stem end of each okra, then boil briefly in lightly salted water and transfer to cold water. Strain thoroughly, then chop roughly.
Chop the squid roughly.
Combine the okra, squid, and natto, and stir to mix together.
