Chocolate Rice Porridge
A very unique chocolate porridge recipe. You can really taste the rich chocolate.

Rice & Noodles
Ingredients (Serves 4-5)
- 200 ml cooked rice
- 400 ml milk
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 5 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp brandy
- Vanilla extract, a small amount
- Fresh cream, as desired
- Chocolate (for garnish), as desired
In a pot, simmer the cooked rice and water until it becomes porridge (add about 200 ml of water to 200 ml of rice that has been cooked relatively soft).
Add the milk and continue to simmer for 20 min.
Add the cocoa powder and sugar, then continue to simmer for an additional 10-15 min over low heat, stirring constantly.
When the mixture reaches a thick consistency throughout, remove from heat and add the brandy and vanilla extract.
Let cool completely, then serve garnished with freshly whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
