Amazake Frozen Yogurt
Amazake is a must-have traditional Japanese drink in the winter. It is made with fermented rice. Has a low or no alcohol content and a sweet taste.

Ingredients (Makes 160ml)
- 80-100 ml amazake (store-bought/not condensed)
- 60-80 g plain yogurt (unsweetened)Note
The tartness of different brands of yogurt may vary, so first combine 80 ml of amazake and 60 g of yogurt, then add more of one or the other to blend to the desired flavor.
Mix together the amazake and yogurt.
Pour into an ice cube tray, then place in the freezer to freeze until set.
