Ingredients

  • 200 g pork belly (thinly sliced)
  • 1 piece ginger
  • 1/2 naga-negi long onion
  • [A]

    • 100 g miso
    • 2 tbsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp mirin
    • 2 tbsp sake
    • 2 tbsp water

Directions

1

Cut the pork into 1 cm strips. Coarsely mince the ginger and negi. Mix [A] together.

2

Stir-fry the pork over medium heat. When the excess oil starts to seep out, turn off the heat and sop up the oil with a paper towel.

3

Add the ginger and negi and stir-fry. Add [A] and, stirring occasionally, simmer for about 3 minutes until the consistency is like miso.
