Beef with Grated Daikon and Ponzu Soy Sauce

Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 150 g beef loin (thinly cut)
- 1/2 onion
- 4 cm daikon radish (grated)
- 2-3 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp water
- A pinch of salt
Cut the beef into easy-to-eat pieces. Cut the onion into wedges 5 mm thick.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onions and beef. Sprinkle with water and cover. Cook until the meat changes color. Sprinkle with salt.
Plate and top with grated daikon radish. Pour the ponzu soy sauce on top to serve.
