Natto and Egg Rice Bowl
If you love natto, you'll definitely want to give this quick and easy recipe a shot. Topped with a fried egg and pan-fried natto, this rice bowl is perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner!

Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 200 g cooked rice
- 1 pack natto
- 1 egg
- Skipjack shavings, as needed
- Vegetable oil, as needed
- A dash of soy sauce
Pour some vegetable oil into a frying pan and place over medium heat. Add the natto.
Make a well in the center of the natto. Cook until it starts to sizzle, then break the egg into the well.
Sprinkle 1 tsp of water over the natto and egg. Cover and reduce the heat to low. Steam-fry for around 3 minutes.
Place the rice in a donburi rice bowl, and top with the natto and egg. Sprinkle with skipjack shavings and a dash of soy sauce.
