Savory Stir-fried Wakame Seaweed
A healthy dish of wakame stir-fried in olive oil.

Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 40-50 g wakame seaweed (reconstituted)
- Lemon, as needed
- Olive oil
- Coarse salt
Soak the wakame in a generous amount of water to reconstitute. Drain and squeeze out excess moisture. Cut into easy-to-eat pieces if necessary.
Place a cast-iron frying pan over high heat. When thoroughly heated, add 1 tbsp of olive oil (If using a non-stick pan, add the oil before heating) and quickly stir-fry the wakame.
When the wakame is evenly coated in oil, immediately plate up. Sprinkle with olive oil and coarse salt as needed. Squeeze lemon juice evenly over the wakame to serve.
