Furikake Rice Seasoning with Shiso and Dried Baby Japanese Anchovies
A calcium-rich seasoning with a refreshing shiso fragrance. Mix with rice to make delicious onigiri rice balls.

- 20 leaves shiso
- 30 g dried baby Japanese anchovies
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
Lay the shiso leaves on a paper towel so that they don't overlap. Microwave (500W) for four minutes. Cool and crush the leaves. Coat 30 g of baby anchovies with 1/2 tbsp of soy sauce. Spread out evenly on a plate and microwave for 2 1/2 minutes. Cool and mix with the shiso.
