Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 1 pack boiled udon noodle (frozen)
- 3 tbsp grated cheese
- 1 egg yolk (fresh)Note
Use a pasteurized egg if you have any concerns about consuming raw eggs.
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
Place the frozen udon noodles in a microwave-safe container, cover with plastic wrap, then microwave for 3 min at 600 W.
Once the udon noodles are thawed and heated, add the olive oil, salt, and half of the grated cheese, then mix well. Place the egg yolk on top, then sprinkle the rest of grated cheese on top.
