Low Calorie Dressing
This light dressing is recommended for those watching their calories. Serve over tofu as an even healthier option!

- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 generous tbsp dashi (mix granulated dashi with water as directed on the label)
- 1 tsp sugar
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil or sesame oil
Put all ingredients other than the olive oil into a bowl and mix thoroughly. Drizzle the olive oil into the mixture while stirring, until the consistency is smooth.
Storage: Will keep in the fridge for up to two weeks.
