Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 generous tbsp dashi (mix granulated dashi with water as directed on the label)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or sesame oil

Directions

Put all ingredients other than the olive oil into a bowl and mix thoroughly. Drizzle the olive oil into the mixture while stirring, until the consistency is smooth.

Tips

Storage: Will keep in the fridge for up to two weeks.
