Sesame Paste Dressing (Nerigomadare)
Sesame sauce and vinegar combine for a rich, yet refreshing taste. It's not only for salad – it's great on Chinese noodles, too!

- 100 g sesame paste (white)Note
Mix thoroughly before measuring as the paste tends to separate.
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 4 2/3 tbsp sugar
- 100 ml soy sauce
- 120 ml rice vinegar
Mix the soy sauce and vinegar together.
Measure the sesame paste into a fairly large bowl, add the sesame oil and stir until smooth. Stir in the sugar and gradually add the soy sauce and vinegar, mixing until smooth.
Storage: Will keep in the fridge for up to three weeks.
