Okra Natto Soup
Miso soup with natto. It's packed with umami!

Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 1 bag okra
- 2 packs nattoNote
*40-50 g per pack.
- 800 ml dashi
- 4 tbsp miso
- Ground sesame seeds (white), as desired
Cut the okra into thin rounds. Roughly mash the natto.
Bring the dashi to a gentle boil and dissolve the miso.
Add the natto and return to a gentle boil. Add the okra and turn off the heat.
Pour into individual bowls, and sprinkle with ground sesame seeds.
