Chicken Breast and Green Beans with Herb Salt
An easy recipe made in the microwave! Mixed herbs give chicken breast a great fragrance.

Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 1 chicken breast (approx. 250 g)
- 6 green beans (approx. 35 g)
- 1 tsp mixed herbs (dried)
- Lemon, as desired
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/4 tsp salt
Cut off both tips of the green beans, then cut them in half. Cut the chicken breast into sogi-giri slices 2 cm thick.
Make sure to cut the chicken into slices of equal thickness.
Spread out the sliced chicken on a microwave-safe plate and sprinkle it with 1/2 tbsp of sake, then sprinkle both sides with 1/4 tsp of salt and mixed herbs. Place the green beans around the edges, then loosely wrap with plastic wrap and microwave at 600 W for 2 min. Turn the chicken over and wrap with plastic wrap again, and microwave at 600 W for an additional 2 min.
The mixed herbs help give the finished dish a great flavor.
Remove from the microwave and let rest for 1-2 min to steam with the residual heat. Serve with lemon.
