Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 200 g ground pork
  • 80 g pickled takana mustard greens
  • 100 g boiled bamboo shoots
  • 2 tbsp Japanese leek (minced)
  • [A]

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp white sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions

Cut the bamboo shoots into 8 mm dices. Cut the takana pickles into 1 cm wide strips. Spread out the leaves and cut into 1 cm squares.

Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a frying pan placed over medium heat. Stir-fry and crumble the ground pork. Add the leek and bamboo shoots and stir-fry for about a minute. Add the takana and briefly stir-fry. Add [A] and stir-fry until evenly coated. Sprinkle sesame seeds and stir.
