Ingredients

  • 100 g daikon radish (grated)
  • 1/2 tsp chili oil
  • 1 pack natto (small) (30 g)
  • 1 tsp miso

Directions

Put the grated daikon (100 g) in a strainer to drain. Plate up and sprinkle with 1/2 tsp chili oil. Top with natto (30 g) and 1 tsp of miso. Mix to eat.
