Chikuwa Tube-shaped Fish Cake with Natto and Yuzukosho
Natto is made from soybeans, which are known to have great nutritional value. Natto also thins the blood and helps prevent arteriosclerosis.

- 1 chikuwa
- 1 pack natto (small) (30 g)
- 1/2 tsp yuzukosho
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
Cut the chikuwa into 2-3 mm thin slices and plate up.
Top with natto and 1/2 tsp of yuzukosho. Drizzle 1/2 tsp of soy sauce and mix thoroughly to eat.
