Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 180 - 200 ml carrot juice
  • 1/2 block momendofu (150 g)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Black pepper (coarsely ground), to taste

Cut the tofu into 1 cm cubes.

In a pot, combine the carrot juice and 100 ml of water, and heat over medium heat. When it comes to a simmer, add the tofu and simmer for 30 sec to 1 min. Stir in 1/4 tsp of salt and pepper to taste. Serve sprinkled with coarsely ground black pepper.
