Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 3-4 leaves lettuce (150 g)
  • A pinch of white sesame seed
  • [Dressing]

    • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
    • 3/4 tbsp miso
    • 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
    • 1/3 tsp sugar

Directions

Tear the lettuce into bite-size pieces and soak in ice-cold water for about 5 minutes. Drain and pat dry with a cheesecloth or paper towel. Arrange on a dish.

Place the dressing ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly until smooth. Pour over the lettuce and sprinkle with white sesame seed.
