Kofukiimo Salty-Sweet Flavored Potatoes

Ingredients (Serves 4)
* 4 potatoes
* 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
* 2 tbsp sugar
* 1 tbsp butter

1. Peel the potatoes and quarter them. Soak in water and boil them until they become soft.

2. Combine the soy sauce and sugar in a pan. When it comes to a boil, add the boiled potato. Boil it down slowly, coating the potatoes with the sauce.

3. When the sauce is boiled down, add the butter and toss the potatoes.
