1. Combine the chicken stock, oyster sauce, and tonkatsu sauce.
2. Remove the roots from the bean sprouts. Cut the cabbage into 3cm-square pieces. Cut the pork into 2 to 3 pieces, and loosen the noodles.
3. Fry the pork, cabbage, bean sprouts, and noodles in a frying-pan.
4. Add the combined seasonings, salt and pepper.
Garnish with pickled red ginger and aonori .
