Fried Noodles with Pork and Vegetables

Ingredients (Serves 4)
*1 tbsp chicken stock
*1 tbsp oyster sauce
*4-5 tbsp tonkatsu sauce
*1 pack bean sprouts
*3-4 cabbage leaves
*150g finely sliced pork
*3 portions steamed Chinese noodles
*Salt
*Pepper
*red pickled ginger
*aonori flaked laver

1. Combine the chicken stock, oyster sauce, and tonkatsu sauce.

2. Remove the roots from the bean sprouts. Cut the cabbage into 3cm-square pieces. Cut the pork into 2 to 3 pieces, and loosen the noodles.

3. Fry the pork, cabbage, bean sprouts, and noodles in a frying-pan.

4. Add the combined seasonings, salt and pepper.
Garnish with pickled red ginger and aonori .
