1. Cut the half-frozen pork block into 3 to 5mm thick slices.
2. Put the pork between two layers of plastic wrap placed on a cutting board .Strike and press the pork with a rolling pin.
3. Grate the ginger. Add the mirin and soy sauce, and mix them well. The sauce is done.
4. Soak the pork in the sauce for about one minute, make sure not to soak it too long. Then brown it over a high heat.
