Japan: Down, or Out?

GDP data showed Japan slipped into a recession in the 3rd quarter - a shock to the markets and the government. Prime Minister Shinzo Abe responded by postponing a sales tax hike planned for next year. He also called a snap election. Has Abenomics failed? Or is it merely taking time to show results? We talk to Hideo Hayakawa, Senior Executive Fellow at Fujitsu Research Institute, and Masayuki Kichikawa, Chief Economist at Merrill Lynch Japan Securities.
