My mobile cannot display Portuguese/Spanish accent marks
Portuguese and Spanish pages are provided in two formats; UTF-8 that can indicate accent marks, and ASCII in which such marks are transformed into alphabetic letters. This is because the acceptable character format depends on the type of the mobile phone terminal. You need a terminal that accepts UTF-8 format to display the accent marks.
