Can I listen to RADIO JAPAN programs on the Internet? / Can I download audio data for playing on my personal computer?
- “Live streaming”, “News”, “Radio Japan Focus” and “Japanese lessons” are available on the NHK WORLD website. They can be heard on demand on the Internet in 18 languages. (Please note that “Radio Japan Focus” and “Japanese lessons” are not broadcast in Japanese.)
- Streaming video news is available in English, Chinese and Portuguese.
- The podcast news service is provided in 17 languages other than Japanese.
These services are all free of charge.
