Your personal recipe or ingredient tweaksTraditional recipe requires grinding soaked raw rice with black lentils and salt. The batter is used after fermenting overnight. I added twist by adding some shredded mozarella, oregano ,chilli flakes to the batter and fried in coconut oil.
