Foodie Alert! Star chefs from across the globe are splashing out in a 10-month long gastronomic event in Tokyo showcasing the inspired versatility of Japanese ingredients. French chef Julien Royer of Singapore is among some 30 chefs in the Cook Japan Project spending a week preparing a unique course for tasting by advance reservation only from April 2019 to January 2020.
