ASCII
Available for major mobile phones used in Japan. Only alphanumeric characters are used on the web page, excluding any marks, as this type of terminals cannot display language-specific characters such as an accent mark.

UTF-8
Available for mobile phones that can display the text in each language as it is. Accessible from not only non-Japanese format mobile phones but also PCs and this is more conveniently because the page is available for ready soft.

Imagery (high resolution)
News contents are offered in an imagery format GIF at high resolution. Available for relatively new types of mobile phones in Japan called 3G. (The maximum data amount per one news page is 25k byte.)

Imagery (low resolution)
Low-resolution GIF format is available for mobile phones with a small LCD or whose displayable page size is little. (The maximum data amount per one news page is 9k byte.)
